Arranged Employment for Federal Skilled Worker Program

Arranged Employment under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) means a valid job offer from a Canadian employer. An arranged employment increases the total score of the candidate under the selection factor points of FSWP.

If the candidate meets other requirements as well, he/she would be able to submit a profile to the Federal Express Entry pool.

Arranged Employment earns a candidate maximum of 10 points in the FSWP selection factors. An additional 5 points may also be earned Adaptability factor for the FSWP. It means you are eligible for these points if you have a job offer from a Canadian employer for a duration of at least one year.
